Community Manager

Predictify is seeking a highly organized individual to drive several strategic and administrative initiatives as our Community Manager. This position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, strong written communications skills, and the ability to execute multiple roles in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute strategies to grow Predictify membership (e.g. newsletters, blog posts, themed prediction centers, etc.)
• Lead customer service efforts, including email correspondence, question approvals and closure, and end-of-month balance payments
• Support a wide variety of requests from the senior leadership team

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree from a leading university
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal oversight
• Eager to embrace new tasks with enthusiasm and creativity
• Agile, flexible and willing to face the ambiguity of a startup environment
• Highly organized and detail oriented
