Director of Business Development

Predictify is seeking a highly organized, driven and visionary relationship builder to secure partner agreements to deploy co-branded prediction centers. This is a high-intensity, relationship-building role that requires proven experience in online business development and the ability to engage and close numerous partner prospects simultaneously. You must be able to establish and maintain senior-level relationships and prospect, negotiate and close complex deals to drive user and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure partner commitments and lead deployment of co-branded prediction centers
  • Research and segment markets to identify appropriate prospects
  • Establish contracts and terms that generate value for Predictify and partners
  • Sustain partner relationships to ensure ongoing and increasing value to each party
  • Interface with the product development organization to drive partner requirements
  • Be an evangelist for Predictify in all interactions with customers, partners, and the media

Requirements:

  • 5+ years business development experience in the Internet industry
  • Proven sales and relationship skills backed by a portfolio of results
  • Relationships and contacts with media companies, blogs, and other online content providers
  • Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Agile, flexible and hungry – eager to embrace the ambiguity of a startup environment
  • Undergraduate degree from a leading university
  • Highly organized and results-oriented
