Office Manager

Predictify is seeking a highly organized individual to drive several administrative projects as our Office Manager. This position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to execute multiple roles in a startup environment

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement of office supplies, snacks etc.
  • Maintain vendor relationships with benefits providers, utilities, etc.
  • Assist with AP/AR, payroll, and general bookkeeping
  • Organize and maintain corporate and employee records
  • Help with marketing, human resources, and customer support tasks as needed
  • Support a wide variety of requests from the senior leadership team

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or office manager
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal oversight
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite required, experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Agile, flexible and willing to face ambiguity typical of a startup environment
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
